NFFC COMMUNITY TRUST
The Nottingham Forest Community Trust had a problem. No one understood exactly who the organisation was nor what it did. This was the case for its staff, fans of NFFC and the wider community in Nottingham. The Trust felt it was doing too much and this was creating confusion so it asked 6EZ to find a solution to its brand identity issue.
Following a thorough consultation process with staff of the organisation and people who came into contact with it, it became clear that, rather than being a problem, the breadth of the organisations work was it’s biggest strength. Whether it was someone attending a mental health group or the local Council or a child taking part in a soccer school, everyone trusted the Nottingham Forest Community Trust to support their individual needs. We decided the best approach was to embrace and celebrate this and so created a new positioning for the organisation focussed on Supporting Those Who Need Us’. Accompanied with some new brand values that we have used to create a strategic plan, the Nottingham Forest Community Trust now has much greater focus internally and externally.
